Job Summary:

As a NightclubHostess & Dancer you will enhance the nightlife experienceby providing exceptional entertainment and customer service. Yourrole is critical in creating a vibrant energetic atmosphere andensuring that all guests enjoy a memorableevening.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon arrival and helpcreate a welcoming environment.
• Escort gueststo their tables.
• Engage with guests topromote nightclub events and specials.
• Perform dance routines individually or as part of a group accordingto the following schedule. 6 days per week from 12:00 AM until02:00 AM four shows each show 15 minutes with a break of 15 minutesin between.
• Encourage guest participation inthemed dance nights and other promotions.
• Maintain high energy and enthusiasm throughoutperformances.
• Ensure safety on the dance flooradhering to all nightclub safety policies.
• Assist with the coordination of special events and private parties.
• Provide general assistance to other staffmembers during peak times to ensure optimalservice.
• Respond to guest inquiries and provideinformation on about upcoming events and promotions.
• Uphold the nightclubs image and adhere tostandards of conduct and dresscode.
