Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinate with drivers to schedule order pickup, shipment, tracking, and customer delivery.

· Address customer issues promptly and provide timely updates on order status to ensure customer satisfaction.

· Enhance the customer experience by providing real-time order visibility, tracking, and notifications.

· Establish and optimize delivery routes and schedules to ensure on-time deliveries.

· Analyze customer orders, assess order volume, and plan for peak delivery times.

· Monitor and manage the performance of courier services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective action plans when necessary.

· Regularly evaluate delivery times, costs, and other metrics to maximize efficiency.

· Track and report performance data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to upper management.

· Negotiate courier contracts to ensure the best pricing and services.

· Ensure compliance with local and state transportation laws and regulations.

· Perform any other related tasks as required.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree or certifications in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in delivery operations, preferably in a managerial role.

· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· Expert knowledge of local, state, and federal transportation laws and regulations.

· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Proficiency in using a variety of order management and tracking software.

· Strong data entry, data analysis, and report-generating skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

· Must have good communication skills in English, Hindi and Malayalam.

· Arabic communication is an added advantage
