Deputy Construction Manager

Mandatory experience in a similar position: 10 Years
Degree: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
Professional experience: 20 years minimum.
Excellent knowledge in civil works & earthworks, infrastructures, engineering, construction, installation, commissioning, Risk Management, Team Management.
Knowledge of International norms & standards, Construction Techniques, and experience, HSSE Auditing techniques.
SIMOPS
Knowledge and understanding of contract management.
Project management skills (Budget/Cost/Schedule).
Ability to work in a multi-cultural business environment.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Language: English as mother tongue or Fluent in English (speaking and writing), French and/or Arabic language is a plus.
Recent Working experience in Iraq will be an added advantage.
