Position: Design Coordinator

Location: Qatar (Local Candidates Only)
Contract Duration: 12 Months

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate design activities for infrastructure and road works projects.
• Review and monitor design drawings, technical submissions, and project deliverables.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, engineering standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and resolve design-related issues and interface conflicts.
• Monitor design progress and support construction teams during project execution.
• Facilitate design review meetings and maintain project documentation.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline (mandatory)
Proven experience in Infrastructure and Road Works projects (mandatory)
Experience in roads, highways, utilities, and infrastructure development projects
Strong understanding of design coordination, engineering standards, and project delivery processes
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multidisciplinary project interfaces effectively
Must be currently available in Qatar
