Designer 3D MAX

• Work in multi-disciplinary, collaborative design teams with architects, interior designers, and building systems engineers
  


• Space planning, selecting finishes, and furnishings of interior environments with attention to architectural, engineering, sustainability, ergonomic, constructability, business-use, and cost factors
  


• Demonstrate creative problem-solving, organizational skills, and a good understanding of construction documents, detailing, and constructability
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design
  


• 1-3 years of experience with the design and documentation of architectural/interiors projects
  


• Demonstrated Building Information Modeling (BIM)[Autodesk Revit Architecture]/AutoCAD proficiency
  


• Demonstrated Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/outlook/Access) proficiency
  


• Design talent, graphic presentation and effective verbal communication skills essential
  


• Graphics/rendering software (Sketchup, Adobe, 3D Max, Maya, Rhino, etc.) experience is highly preferred
