We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing and E-Commerce Manager to join our dynamic team Swissotel Corniche Park Towers Doha. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive e-commerce growth and enhance our online presence.

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility, traffic, and sales
• Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms to enhance user experience and conversion rates
• Plan and implement SEO/SEM campaigns to improve search engine rankings and drive qualified traffic
• Create and oversee social media marketing initiatives across various platforms
• Develop and manage content marketing strategies to engage and retain customers
• Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive sales
• Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and e-commerce best practices
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
• Optimize customer relationship management (CRM) systems to improve customer engagement and retention

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce
• Proven track record of successful online marketing campaigns and e-commerce growth
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or Magento
• Advanced skills in Google Analytics and data analysis
• Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Google Analytics certification preferred
• Additional digital marketing certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus
• In-depth understanding of e-commerce trends, best practices, and consumer behavior in online shopping
