JobDescription Senior Software Development Engineer in Test(SDET)

Completesoftware testing and activities in conjunction for user storieswithin the Agile SDLC process (products supported may be moretechnical in nature, i.e. SDK or API typeproducts)

Create orconsult on verification and validation test plans, test reports,trace matrices to incorporate the automated tests and review withrelevant stakeholders (dev andquality)

Create anautomation framework for mobile apps (iOS andAndroid)

Develop andimprove robust test automation framework.Ensure the framework works in conjunction with theQuality Management system as well as provides strong and quickfeedback for Agile development. Ensure theframework covers functional, end to end, compatibility and use casescenarios. This will also require workingwith DevOps and other teams to integrate test automation with buildsystems, test management system, and devicecloud.

Must have handson coding experience in JAVA, python or equivalentlanguages.

Must have handson experience on Apium/ selenium or related automationframework.

Mentor andprovide day to day guidance to the junior members of the softwaretest team. Review work to ensurecompliance andquality

Developautomated metric tools for managementpurposes

Provide feedbackand suggest improvements to the Agile SDLCprocess

EDUCATIONAND EXPERIENCERequired

Bachelor sdegree, or equivalent experience, in a scientific, technical, orengineering discipline.

6years experience in Software Testing and/or Software QualityAssurance.

3years experience working as Software Development Engineer in Test(SDET)

Must betechnically strong and have experience testing mobileapplications

Must haveexcellent oral and written communication skills.

Preferred

Medical Deviceexperience stronglypreferred.

Experience in anagile development environment preferred.

Experience withembedded systems and integration testing with external systemspreferred

Cyber security,medical mobile applications or cloud computing experiencepreferred.
