Expand support forscenes with millions of triangles, thousands of objects, spanninglarge areas of space
Develop frameworks for measuringperformance and pinpointing bottlenecks
Come up with waysto improve the reach and quality of our real-time experience withdata generated in our distributed cloud rendering cluster
Improve internal code structure through refactoring, thoughtfulcode review, writing tests, and addressing technical debt
Identify, log, and fix bugs
Share technical knowledgewith other team members, collaborate on tasks, and give appropriatefeedback
Must-Have:
Solid general computer graphicstheory and concepts e.g. linear algebra, programmablepipeline
Use of specific graphicsconcepts including real-time rendering, physically based rendering,deferred shading, ambient occlusion
Writing shaders and GLSL (GLSL is the key here. They could haveused this with WebGL or OpenGLframework)
Familiarity with 3D formats(e.g. obj), compression schemes
Improving rendering performance, both assessing andaddressing
Work with 3D artists onartist-facing tooling
Web-basedJavascript / CSS UI development
Understanding of how data flows through a web application forrendering
Awareness of some platform-specificchallenges
