Director Finance - Sales

We are seeking a Director of Sales Finance tojoin our Finance team. You will lead a high-performing, high-impactteam that delivers CFO-level partnership and sophisticatedanalytics to our Chief Revenue Officer and his global leadershipteam. Within the Finance organization, you’ll advise ourChief Financial Officer and VP of Finance and serve as a valuedmember of our Finance Leadership Team. You’ll have theopportunity to put your fingerprints on a unique and dynamicdigital ads platform with global reach. What you’ll do:• Provide CFO-level partnering to the Chief RevenueOfficer and the Global Sales Organization (GSO), one of the largestteams across the company. • Advise senior leadership onkey elements of our ads sales strategy, including sales team quotasand compensation structure and outcomes, annual planning, and costof revenue and OpEx forecasting and management. • Reviewsales revenue performance and investigate trends to inform weeklyupdates to executive leadership. • Lead a high-impact teamof well rounded financial and future business leaders. Whatwe’re looking for: • 10+ years of experience; 2+years of directly related experience as part of 5+ years oftechnology, banking, corporate finance, economics, or consultingexperience in a fast-paced environment. • Deepunderstanding of financial modeling, strategic planning, andanalytics to drive informed decision-making; ability to translatesales strategy into financial planning models and decisionframeworks. • Ability to work collaboratively with Sales,Sales Strategy and Operations, Finance, Product, and othercross-functional teams to propose and assess investment decisions.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Experience building and leading high-performing teamsthat use analytics and cross-functional collaboration to driveimpact at scale.
