We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales to join an ultra-luxury hotel in Doha. As the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, setting performance targets and providing guidance and support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, making strategic adjustments to stay ahead in the market
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations
- Prepare and present sales proposals and reports to senior management and clients
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar Sales leadership role within an ultra-luxury hotel
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of the luxury hotel and resort market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills
- Flexibility to travel as required
