The Draining operator will be responsible forthe operation and maintenance of draining systems, ensuring theirefficient performance and reliability. This role requires a strongtechnical background, hands-on experience with draining equipment,and a proactive approach to maintenance.

- Monitoring andoverseeing Daily operations.
- Assisting withstart-up, shutdown, and operations of facilityequipment.
- Identifying problems that arise andresolving them.
- Ensuring that safety andenvironmental rules and programs are strictly adheredto.
- Conceptualizing and recommending plantimprovement strategies.
- Carrying out siteinspections and audits.
- Performing preventativeand maintenance measures.
- Observing gauges,dials, switches, and alarms, and other indicators to ensure thatall machines are working properly.
- Maintaininga clean, hazard-free work environment.
- Inspectjobs upon completion and ensure areas areclean.
- Work with the supervisors to completetask.
- Respond to emergency calls asneeded.
- Operate tools and equipment accordingto established safety procedures.
- Ensure thatequipment is in safe operatingcondition.
- Follow established safety proceduresand techniques to perform job duties including lifting, climbing,etc.
- Correct unsafe conditions in work area andreport any conditions that are not correctable to supervisorimmediately. Performs other duties as assigned by EngineeringSupervisor.
- Follow up Company and departmentsafety and security policies and procedures to ensure a clean,safe, and secure environment.
- Attend alldepartmental trainings and other trainingprogram.
- Report work related accidents, orother injuries immediately upon occurrence to the shift incharge.
- Use proper equipment, wear appropriatepersonal protective equipment and use correct lifting procedures asnecessary to avoid injury. Follow hazardous Material managementprogram procedures for handling and disposing of chemicals etc.using material safety data sheets. Identify and correct unsafe workprocedures or conditions and/or report them to Shift in charge.Follow policies and procedures for the safe operation and storageof tools, equipment, and machines. Complete appropriate Fire andsafety trainings and certifications to perform worktasks.
- Emergencies – To be availablefor any emergencies and act in a professional manner to protect ourGuests, Staffs and preserve the Hotel Property and its system.Follow Hotel Emergency plan.
