Dynamics CRM Support Specialist - Banking Sector

Apt Resources is seeking a Dynamics CRM Support Specialist for our client, a leading bank in the region. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical skills in Dynamics CRM and C#, coupled with excellent communication abilities to interact directly with end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day technical support for Dynamics CRM.
• Monitor and resolve tickets raised by users.
• Interact with users via calls and offer effective solutions.
• Debug plugins and console applications related to CRM.
• Maintain workflows, plugins, and support automation.

• 5 to 8 years of experience in Dynamics CRM support and development.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics CRM and C# programming.
• Hands-on experience with plugin debugging and workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while handling user interactions.

Salary: USD 2,500 - 3,000
