Ecommerce & Marketing Specialist
Role Overview
As the Ecommerce, Digital, and Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving our online sales growth, enhancing our digital presence, and executing strategic marketing campaigns to promote our automotive products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement initiatives that align with our business objectives and enhance the overall customer experience.
Ecommerce Management
Develop and manage our ecommerce platform, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience. Monitor online sales performance, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotions. Implement best practices for order fulfilment, shipping, and customer service to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Digital Strategy
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to our online channels. Manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing, and display advertising. Utilize analytics and data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and ROI. Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously innovate and improve our digital presence.
Marketing Initiatives
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote our automotive products and services, both online and offline in collaboration with the Marketing Dept. Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written copy. Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to support marketing activities, such as events, sponsorships, and partnerships. Monitor and report on marketing KPIs, evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns and making recommendations for future initiatives.
Collaboration & Leadership
Provide leadership and guidance to the ecommerce, digital, and marketing teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Set clear goals and expectations and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members. Identify opportunities for skills development and training to enhance team capabilities and performance.
