Job Summary The E-Commerce Sales Manager isresponsible to establish a mobile sales strategy to deliver mobilechannel revenue targets. Plan and implement promotions aimed tomobile channel users. Track and analyse mobile usage and customerbehavior to be able to define application changes and new featuresrequired to optimize traffic, revenue and conversion. SpecificResponsibilities Include • Propose new mobile products,ancillary services and features which will contribute to achievingthe channel revenue targets to be implemented by the ProductDevelopment team. • Design a sales strategy to tailorAncillary products to suit mobile customers in order to developAncillary sales on mobile by mapping customer journeys andidentifying the right touchpoints to reach different customers atvarious stages • Ensure that any personal data obtainedand processed is treated in accordance with data protectionprinciples followed by the Group, as well as applicable Grouppolicies and Procedures on data protection and informationsecurity
