Electrical Trainer

The role holder is responsible to conducttechnical expert training and supervise participants. The roleholder also maintains the training rooms and equipment and updatetraining material and constantly improve quality oftraining.

CoreResponsibilities:

- Conduct training andeducation.

- Evaluation ofTrainees

- Planning training resources equipment,material and operate trainings.

- Maintenance oftraining resources

- Lead and coachtrainees

- Improve training courses and trainingapproaches.

- Assess, evaluate and certificationof Trainees

Works as per rules and regulation incooperation with Quality Assurance and Continual Improvementsection to secure and maintain the ISO / Risk Management / ISMScertification.

- Carries out and ensures thecompliance of all activities within the Department are in-line withKahramaa health and safety regulations
