This role is integral for someonewith extensive experience in Klaviyo, tasked with craftingpipelines, workflows, automations, and spearheading email campaignsthat captivate and convert. The successful candidate will be adeptat list management, including downloading and importing lead listsinto Klaviyo, and possess a keen analytical eye to monitorcampaigns and drive improvements based on performance data. Withconversion rate identified as the primary KPI, this positiondemands a proactive, data-driven approach to email marketingstrategies. Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 8 AM - 4 PMPST Key Responsibilities: • Campaign Development: UtilizeKlaviyo and Figma to develop and launch engaging email campaignsthat drive conversions. • Workflow and Automation: Createeffective pipelines, workflows, and automations that enhance theemail marketing strategy. • List Management: Efficientlymanage lead lists, including importing data into Klaviyo, to ensuretargeted and successful campaigns. • Performance Analysis:Closely monitor all email campaigns, analyzing performance data toidentify and implement strategic improvements. •Conversion Rate Optimization: Focus on optimizing email campaignsto achieve and surpass set conversion rate goals. What SuccessLooks Like: • Elevated conversion rates resulting frommeticulously crafted and executed email campaigns. •Effective management and optimization of email lists, leading tohigher engagement and conversion. • Continuous improvementin campaign performance, driven by data-informed decisions andstrategic adjustments. Qualifications: • Proven experiencewith Klaviyo and Figma or other design tools, demonstratingexpertise in executing comprehensive email marketing campaigns.• Strong background in creating and managing emailworkflows, automations, and list management. • Exceptionalanalytical skills, with the ability to translate campaign data intoactionable insights for performance enhancement. • Focusedon achieving high conversion rates, with a track record ofoptimizing email marketing strategies to meet and exceed KPIs.
