Industry Energy technology (IET) part of Baker Hughes Company operates across 120 countries and serves the entire energy value-chain and industrial sector. We hold an extensive portfolio of rotating equipment, process flow, transmission technology and lifecycle services. Our mechanical Engineering Team uses cutting-edge technology to design gas and steam turbines, compressors and expanders.

In this role you will be responsible for all activities relating to enhancing services technology integrating customer data, or capturing engines/products reliability, availability, maintenance, safety and other performance parameters. Includes hourly, nonexempt and exempt employees as well as manager roles responsible solely for these activities. Requires mastery of a body of theoretical knowledge. Requires developed and strong foundation of function skills and knowledge of relevant technologies.

As an Engineer – Fleet Management, you will be responsible for:

· Supporting of installed base including activities such as customer issue resolution, fleet issues, service bulletin implementation, Monitoring & Diagnostics, fleet configuration.

· Maintaining fleet data, outage management.

· Developing new solutions under guidance and/or in a team setting or based upon precedents in the organizations.

· Delivering products as part of a team.

· Working on cross functional teams. Alternatively: Leading analytical and designing activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods.
