Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the design and implementation of complex digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise architecture, data migration, and AI-powered systems, particularly in compliance-heavy environments. Experience with migrating data from SAP to Databricks is a significant plus.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and maintain enterprise architecture for large-scale digital transformation programs.

- Lead architecture design for AI-powered systems, including private instance deployments of Large Language Models (LLMs).

- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures in compliance-heavy environments.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure architectural alignment with business goals.

- Oversee data migration efforts, with emphasis on SAP to Databricks transitions.

- Ensure scalability, security, and compliance of all architectural solutions.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to solution architects and engineering teams.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture and digital transformation.

- Proven experience in data migration projects, especially from SAP to Databricks.

- Strong understanding of AI system design, including private LLM instances.

- Hands-on experience with RAG architecture in regulated industries.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
