Estimation Section Supervisor - Senior

Premium Solutions Consultancy is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Estimation Section Supervisor to oversee the estimation department for our client based in Saudi Arabia. This role is crucial in ensuring that all estimation activities are conducted efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with project requirements and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor a team of estimators, providing guidance and support throughout the estimation process.
• Lead the preparation of comprehensive cost estimates for various construction projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and architects to gather necessary details for cost estimation.
• Review and validate estimates prepared by team members to ensure compliance with project specifications and requirements.
• Analyze market conditions, material costs, labor rates, and other relevant factors to provide competitive estimates.
• Assist in the development of project budgets and financial forecasts, providing insight based on estimation activities.
• Maintain documentation of estimation processes, methodologies, and decisions for future reference.
• Participate in bid presentations and client meetings, effectively communicating estimation methodologies and justifications.
• Continuously improve the estimation process and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Hiring for our client in KSA Estimation Section Supervisor – Senior as below:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering

• BS Deg. + 12+ Yrs Including 5 years in a specialty field & 5 Yrs as Supervisor

• Previous working experience in KSA

• Experience in Construction & Contractor companies (not consultancy).

Working days: 5 days with alternative Saturdays

Working Hours: 8 hrs.

Basic Salary Range:

SAR 15,900 to 19,020
