Events and Sales Executive
Premium Solutions Consultancy is seeking adynamic Events & Sales Executive to join our clients teamin Qatar. As part of the F&B Operations department.

Job Title: Events & Sales Executive

Department: F&B Operations

Location: Qatar

KeyResponsibilities:
  • Collaboratewith the Events & Sales Manager to develop a comprehensivesales plan for venue hire and cateringcustomers.
  • Execute proactive sales initiativesemphasizing customer relationship management and effectivelycommunicating the value proposition of Clients venue hire/cateringservices.
  • Maintain a regular schedule of salescalls with existing and potential customers ensuring timelyfollowup and engagement.
  • Assist the Events& Sales Manager in fostering an entrepreneurial culturewithin the unit focusing on acquiring new business and identifyingcrossselling opportunities.
  • Coordinateoperational aspects of venue hire and catering bookings includingsite visits stakeholder coordination proposal generation contractpreparation (in consultation with the Legal Team) and billingcoordination.
  • Oversee operational staffing andlogistical requirements for venue hire and catering events managingexpenses within defined budgets.
  • Ensure timelyprocessing of contracts invoicing and other documentation relatedto venue hire and catering.
  • Establish andmaintain accurate databases of customers andsuppliers.
  • Demonstrate professionalism andclear communication in all interactions with customers andcolleagues.
  • Cultivate collaborativerelationships with Finance F&B Operations and otherdepartments to ensure compliance with Clients policies andprocedures.
  • Foster a positive workingrelationship with museum management and operationalstaff.
  • Adhere to all policies and proceduresrelated to venue hire catering and eventsmanagement.
  • Ensure adherence to procurementprocedures and timelines.
  • Perform additionaltasks as assigned by superiors in line with business goals andobjectives.

Requirements

Knowledge Technical Skills &Experience:
  • Minimum 45 yearsof experience in the hospitalitysector.
  • Proficient in relevant computing skillsincluding Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and ERPsystems

Education&Certification:
  • Diploma ordegree in a hospitalityrelated or relevantdiscipline.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency inArabic preferred.

Benefits

The salary for thisrole includes a total package of QAR 12300 comprising basic salaryhousing allowance transport allowance and mobile allowance.
