Qualifications

• Diploma from a reputable HospitalityManagement / Culinary school preferred
• Minimumof 6 years of relevant experience in managing food production& culinary operations in a similar position for a five-starhotel / resort in the Middle East / GCCcountries
• Previous experience in a similarcapacity in Rixos Middle East / GCC countriespreferred
• HACCP Certified and familiar withlocal requirements and sanitationregulations
• Hotel pre-opening experiencepreferred
• Excellent reading, writing, and oralproficiency in the English language
• Goodworking knowledge of MS Excel, Word, &PowerPoint
• High degree of professionalism withsound human resources management and business acumencapabilities
• Detailed knowledge and skills ininternational cuisine
• Service-oriented and aneye for details
