Facility Management Estimation Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Facility Management Estimation
Engineer with strong expertise in HVAC, Fire Alarm, and MEP systems,
particularly in high -rise building projects. The candidate will be responsible
for preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, tender submissions, and technical
evaluations for facility management contracts.

• Prepare
  detailed cost estimates for Facility Management (FM) projects
  
• Analyze
  drawings, specifications, and scope for HVAC, Fire Alarm, and MEP systems
  
• Prepare
  BOQs, material take -offs, and pricing sheets
  
• Conduct
  site visits for assessment and scope verification
  
• Coordinate
  with procurement team for vendor quotations
  
• Evaluate
  subcontractor proposals and negotiate pricing
  
• Prepare
  tender documents and commercial submissions
  
• Identify
  cost -saving opportunities without compromising quality
  
• Support
  technical clarifications during bidding stage
  
• Assist
  in variation cost estimation and project budgeting
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s
  Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
  
• Minimum
  5–10 years experience in MEP/FM estimation
  
• Proven
  experience in High -Rise Building Estimation Projects
  
• Strong
  knowledge of HVAC systems (Chillers, AHU, FCU, Ducting)
  
• Good
  understanding of Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting systems
  
• Experience
  in BOQ preparation and tender documentation
  
• Proficiency
  in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software
  
• Strong
  analytical and cost control skills
  
• GCC
  experience preferred
