Main Duties and
Responsibilities:
Ø Ensures that the machinery and equipment used
have the ability to produce goods and services for the client at an acceptable
standard.
Ø Coordinates with the quality assurance
personnel to ensure that the goods meet an acceptable standard and generates
positive feedback from clients.
Ø Interact with the employees, prepare reports on
the current condition of logistics, and decide on the next course of action.
Ø Plays a key role in chalking out the overall
operational policy.
Ø maximizing the output of the various support
services
Ø Needs to ensure that the necessary
administrative and legal formalities are completed.
Ø Ensures that the third party properly executes
the agreed terms and conditions.
Ø Contribute to short and long-term
organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team.
Ø Setting
sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole, according to
company guidelines.
Ø Develops annual marketing plan in
conjunction with sales department, which details activities to follow during
the fiscal year, which will focus on meeting organizational objectives.
Ø To manage the Marketing Department
Budget. Delivery of all marketing activity within agreed budget. Direction of
marketing staff where budgets are devolved.
Ø Developing
sales strategies and setting targets.
Ø Monitoring
your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.
Ø Compiling
and analyzing sales figures.
Ø Dealing
with some major customer accounts yourself.
15 to 25 years’ experience in
Construction Chemical industry.
Qatar/GCC Experience required.
BSc/MSc Chemistry with MBA preferred.
Candidate with Technical formulation and
sales experience preferred.
Other Benefits as
per Qatar Labour Law. Based on experience
shall be discussed further.
