Our dedicated Fairmont Gold teamstrives to deliver the highest level of personalized service toeach Fairmont Gold guest. The VIP service begins the moment youarrive at the specially reserved reception desk on the privateFairmont Gold floor. What you will be doing: • Manage allaspects of the Fairmont Gold Experience and ensure all servicestandards are followed with friendly and engaging service• Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking andnotifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for ourguests • Maximize rooms revenue through participating inyield management meetings and implementing supporting agreed uponRevenue Management strategies and practices • Weeklyreporting of department labor hours in accordance with forecast andbudget • Monthly reporting of Fairmont Gold expenditures,profit and loss statements, and upsell revenue • Track andforecast daily, weekly and monthly Fairmont Gold occupancy levelsand plan the department and staffing accordingly • Workwith the Executive Chef and Culinary Team to determine the FairmontGold Lounge menu presentation • Handle guest concerns andreact quickly, logging and notifying proper areas •Develop department onboarding program and train all Fairmont Goldcolleagues • Develop and maintain strong guestrelationships to ensure brand loyalty • Provideexceptional Concierge information to our guests about local andarea attractions • Other duties asassigned
