Family Entertainment Center Manager (FEC)

The Family Entertainment Center Manager (FEC) is responsible for leading the daily operations of the FEC and Le Navire Boats, ensuring exceptional guest experience, strong team performance, strict safety compliance, and overall business success. This is a senior leadership role for a hands-on, performance-driven operations professional in the entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Lead operational planning and ensure all programs are effectively executed


• Manage recruitment, training, and induction of the operations team in line with company policies


• Oversee the opening and daily operations of the FEC and Le Navire Boats


• Handle all operational procurement requirements


• Operate the FEC and Le Navire in line with agreed KPIs


• Forecast, develop, and manage the annual operations budget


• Schedule and manage third-party suppliers and contractors


• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders


• Attend and contribute to Operations, HSE, and management meetings


• Support the General Manager and Park Management in all operational matters


• Provide full support to Park Sales and United Developers Marketing teams


• Support other United Developers businesses as and when required

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field


• Minimum 7 years of management experience in theme parks or the entertainment industry


• Strong knowledge of Qatar’s entertainment industry, regulations, safety standards, and compliance


• Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills


• Strong understanding of safety standards and best practices in theme park environments


• Ability to work effectively with multi-cultural teams


• Capable of working under pressure and meeting operational demands


• Adaptable, proactive, and open to new challenges


• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
