Job Description

  • Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.

  • Take orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen/bar.

  • Serve food and beverages efficiently while adhering to hygiene and safety standards.

  • Respond promptly to guest queries, requests, and complaints.

  • Assist with event setups, menu presentation, and table arrangements.

  • Ensure overall guest satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Polite, friendly, and professional demeanor.

  • Knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
