We are recruiting for a ShiftSupervisor for our clients in Listowel, County Kerry. You will beresponsible for production output of product and supervising theoperatives on shift. You will ensure compliance with company policyand procedures and product specifications. You will alsoresponsible for safety and ensuring that the work is beingconducted in a safe manner. Ideally, you will have a technicalbackground, maybe a fitter or mechanic by trade, and will haveworked in a manufacturing environmentpreviously.

Duties are asfollows:

• Takefull responsibility for the smooth operation of the productionmachines on theshift.
  
• Takeresponsibility for supervising and managing all operatives on theshift.
  
• Producethe product according to agreed Quality standards andspecifications.
  
• MaximiseOutput without compromisingquality.
  
• Mouldchangeovers, machine maintenance, fix breakdowns, fault finding andprocessoptimisation.
  
• Complywith company policy and procedures at alltimes.
  
• ProvideSafety training to employees under directcontrol.
  
• Organiseand plan production to ensure that it is achieved in acost-effective and efficientmanner.
  
• Ensurethat all paperwork is completed correctly and in a timelyfashion.
  
• Monitorand review Product quality, Production output and Operatorperformance.
