• *Responsibilities** - Help in thepreparation and design of all food and drinks menus - Produce highquality plates both design and taste wise - Ensure that the kitchenoperates in a timely way that meets our quality standards - Fill infor the Executive Chef in planning and directing food preparationwhen necessary - Resourcefully solve any issues that arise andseize control of any problematic situation - Manage and trainkitchen staff, establish working schedule and assessstaff’s performance - Order supplies to stock inventoryappropriately - Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations andsafety standards - Maintain a positive and professional approachwith coworkers and customers • *Requirements and skills**- 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef - Understanding of variouscooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures - Excellentrecord of kitchen and staff management - Accuracy and speed inhandling emergency situations and providing solutions - Familiarwith industry’s best practices - Working knowledge ofvarious computer software programs (MS Office, restaurantmanagement software, POS) - BS degree in Culinary science orrelated certificate would be a plus Ability tocommute/relocate:
