What you’lldo:

• Engage withpartners and customers to develop extensions and enhancements tothe Microsoft Dynamics 365 Common Data Model
• Define, create and own data dictionary, data integrationdesign use cases and mapping guides
• Design anddevelop data integrations across multiple platforms
• Define and execute data migrations from different sourcesystems to Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365
• Support our customers in improving data quality andefficiency
• Document and engage with partnersand customers to ensure adoption and compliance with bestpractices
• Interpret data, analyze resultsusing statistical techniques, and develop reports to supportclients’ operations
• Be the industryexpert on nonprofit program and impact data modeling

Whatyou’ll need:

• Proven work experience as a Data Engineer, Data Architector similar role
• In-depth understanding ofdatabase structures and principles
• Experiencegathering and analyzing system requirements
• Experience developing data integrations throughAPI's and ETL processes
• Experiencedesigning and developing reports using SSRS, Power BI or similartools
• Experience with SQL, C#, JavaScript andjQuery
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Proven analytical skills
• Problem-solving attitude
• Passion forenabling others to do more good
• Love workingin distributed teams
• Be based in the UnitedStates or Puerto Rico
• Have first-handunderstanding of or experience working in the nonprofit and/orsocial impact sector
