Field Service Engineer ( Doha)

## What you\u2019ll do:\n\nPerform field works including installation, commissioning, maintaining and upgrading of power distribution products such as MV/LV Switchgears, Electrical Panels, Transformers and protection relays etc.). \n\n\"\u2022Perform On-Site Diagnostics and Repairs \nVisit customer sites to inspect and diagnose issues with power distribution assets. Recommend and implement solutions for repair, upgrade, replacement, and life extension of equipment. \n\u2022Ensure Energy Efficiency and Asset Reliability \nSupport customers in optimizing energy usage, extending asset life, and maintaining continuous, reliable power supply. \n\u2022Deliver Exceptional Service Support \nProvide technical assistance through phone consultations and on-site visits. Prepare and submit detailed service reports following each site visit. \n\u2022Adhere to Safety and Compliance Standards \nExecute all service activities in alignment with company policies, industry regulations, and safety protocols. \n\u2022Document and Share Technical Knowledge \nPrepare comprehensive documentation of service issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions for future reference and knowledge sharing. \n\u2022Investigate and Resolve Technical Issues \nAnalyze product performance, identify root causes of service problems, and implement corrective actions promptly. \n\u2022Respond to Customer Inquiries Promptly \nAddress customer questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. \n\u2022Collaborate Across Teams \nWork closely with internal teams to resolve complex product issues and improve service delivery.\" \n\n## Qualifications:\n\nB.Sc. in Electrical Engineering \n8+ years experience from the ME market will be preferred.\n\n## Skills:\n\nExpertise in servicing and maintaining low voltage (LV) and medium voltage (MV) switchgears. \nExpertise in servicing and maintaining power distribution transformers. \nProficiency in transformers, protection relays, and switchgear retrofits. \nHands on experience in mechanical side of the switchgears and transformers. \nExperience in switchgear/transformer maintenance and upgrades. \nExperience in UPS systems is a plus \nCommunication skills / Customer Focus / Flexibility / Time Management / Able to follow instructions #LI-AD3\n
