• Inspectors arethe "eyes" for the insurance underwriter, who is generally inanother area and confined to anoffice.

InsuranceInspector Independent ContractorQualifications:

• Be anenergetic individual capable of completing a high volume ofinsurance inspections.

• Bemotivated, analytical, resourceful, decisive, and have goodproblem-solving skills.

• Havesolid written, composition and verbal communicationskills.

• Have a strong desireto succeed and work independently with limited direction &guidance.

• Beself-disciplined, organized and able to manage an aggressiveworkload and have the ability to prioritize and scheduleinspections timely andefficiently.

• Not necessarybut a plus: VIITA Certification, previous experience inconstruction/plumbing/electrical industries, life safety/firefighting, general contracting or propertymanagement.
