Job Description - Front Office Manager
Park Hyatt Doha, a sophisticated retreat in Msheireb Downtown, is seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to oversee daily operations of the front desk, concierge, and guest services. This role involves leading the front office team, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, maintaining high standards of guest service, and collaborating with other departments to enhance guest experiences. The Front Office Manager will manage the hotel’s booking system, control budgets, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while fostering a positive work environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
Minimum of 5 years of front office experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset
