Front OfficeSupervisor

A Front Office Supervisorassists in daily Front Office operations and works with customersand Guests to serve their needs and provide an excellent customerservice experience.

What will I bedoing

As FrontOffice Supervisor you will assist in daily Front Office operationsand work with customers and Guests to serve their needs and providean excellent customer service experience. A Front Office Supervisoris responsible for managing the first impressions of our Guests andtherefore must perform the following tasks to the higheststandards:

  • Assistthe Front Office Manager with daily Front Officeoperations
  • Provide prompt service and activelyseek opportunities to drive Guestsatisfaction
  • Ensure the team are kept fullyaware of any relevant feedback from either the Guests or otherdepartments
  • Manage resolve or escalate any andall Guest complaints quickly
  • Work with allfacilities and services provided within the hotel and identifyopportunities for upselling and promoting new or ongoingevents
  • Advise team of any special events or VIPGuests in the hotel for events or for generalaccommodations
  • Ensure a high level of productknowledge of the hotel and the local area and be aware of the dailyhotel event schedule
  • Attend all Front Officemeetings
  • Act in accordance with fire health andsafety regulations and follow the correct procedures whenrequired
  • Serve your role and Team in anenvironmentallyconsciencemanner

  • Previouscustomer service experience within the hotel/leisure/retailsector
  • Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills
  • Commitment to delivering ahigh level of customer service
  • Ability to workunder pressure
  • Excellent groomingstandards
  • Flexibility to respond to a varietyof work situations

It would beadvantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the followingcapabilities and distinctions:

  • Highlevel of IT proficiency
