Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Valid teaching certification in Gifted Education
• IB experience is a plus
• Previous experience working with gifted students preferred
• Strong knowledge of educational principles, theories, and practices related to gifted education
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
• Ability to differentiate instruction and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement differentiated instructional strategies to meet the diverse learning needs of gifted students.
• Design and deliver challenging and enriching curriculum content aligned with state standards and best practices in gifted education.
