We are seeking a Grade-A Architect-Project Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. In this pivotal role, you will lead architectural projects from conception to completion, overseeing design, planning, and execution while ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgets.

• Develop and manage architectural designs for large-scale projects in Qatar and the Middle East
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams throughout all project phases
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and contractors to align project goals and expectations
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues
• Prepare and present design proposals, technical reports, and project updates to clients and senior management
• Implement and maintain quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle
• Stay updated on industry trends, innovative design techniques, and sustainable practices

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture required; Master's degree preferred
• Valid professional architectural license
• Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural design and project management
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects in the Middle East, preferably in Qatar
• Expert proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
• Strong knowledge of project management software including Microsoft Project and Primavera
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills
• In-depth understanding of Qatar building codes and regulations
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles and LEED certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
• Fluency in English required; proficiency in Arabic highly desirable
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
