GRP Supervisor

Role Summary

We are hiring an experienced GRP Supervisor (Non Metallic) for Qatar. The candidate must have strong experience in GRP piping systems, erection works, and GCC project execution. The role involves supervising installation activities, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with project teams on -site.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise GRP/non -metallic piping erection and installation activities
  
• Monitor workforce productivity and daily site progress
  
• Ensure work execution follows project specifications and safety standards
  
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and site teams
  
• Conduct inspections and resolve on -site technical issues
  
• Maintain quality standards and project timelines
  
• Prepare daily reports and progress updates
  

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of GRP/FRP piping systems
  
• Experience in erection and installation works
  
• Site supervision and manpower handling
  
• Ability to read technical drawings and project specifications
  
• GCC project experience mandatory
  
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Oil & Gas projects
  
• Team leadership and coordination skills
  
• Good communication and reporting skills
  

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of GCC experience in GRP/non -metallic works
  
• Prior experience in Qatar or Middle East projects preferred
  

Education

• Diploma / ITI / Engineering related qualification preferred
