Head Hostess

A Head Hostess isresponsible for making the guest feel at home by extending a warmwelcome, assisting the guests to sit and later give them a warmsend off. To assist in all ways to provide the highest degree ofguest satisfaction. What will I be doing? As a Head Hostess, youare responsible for serving guests in a friendly, timely, andefficient manner to deliver an excellent Guest and Memberexperience. A Head Hostess will also be required to have extensiveknowledge of menu offerings. Specifically, you will be responsiblefor performing the following tasks to the highest standards:• Manage guest queries in a friendly, timely, andefficient manner • Ensure knowledge of menu and allproducts • Follow correct reporting procedures if facedwith issues • Practice Hilton Grooming standards includinguniform dress code, cleanliness and personal hygiene •Assists callers courteously and promptly, taking messages asnecessary which are legible and accurate passing them on to theappropriate person without delay • Has a good knowledge ofthe restaurant's sitting arrangements • Complywith hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safetylegislation What are we looking for?
