Head of Cards and Tokenization Technology

Job Summary

Commercial Bank is seeking a Head of Cards and Tokenization technology .This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated cards leader to head the Cards Technology team of high performant SMEs. The Head of CTT will be responsible for the performance of the team and quality of delivered products. OPEX budgeting, resource provisioning to address the deliverables demand. Will be required to evaluate business requirements and compose solution proposals guiding the team on every aspect of the solution implementation, and adhere to corporate software development standards and practices. Head of CTT will be responsible of all IPS compliances implementation. Systems internal compliances and information security requirements must be followed. This role will involve working with project teams across banking domains to support customer centric outcomes.

The Head of Cards and Tokenization technology is cohesive role combining cards domain business and technology. Overall card technology enablement falls into responsibility of the card's domain technology head. Brining the experience and knowledge Head of CTT has to define and lead the path of his team in continuous development of the Banks cards capabilities. Managing OPEX budget, ensuring payment order and invoices are duly paid to vendors. Maintaining productive relation shit with vendors and stakeholders.
Mentoring and managing diverse team of SMEs and software developers.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead the Cards team to build and maintain the technical aspects of all cards Services.
• Design and Development of solutions around Cards Domain, defining the standards of system enhancements and services development
• Support and major issue investigation and resolution, concluded in comprehensive RCA report.
• Assessment and propose redesign of the Cards systems setup to meet new Payment industry trends and Business requirements
• Review and assessment of Vendors proposed solution in the scope of the projects and requirements in relation to Business demands
• Collaborative design of the Cards solution with vendors (PDP/SOW
• Implementation of new technologies around Acquiring and Issuing for Cards Domain, Ecommerce and Cards production.
• Key Competencies in OpenWay NCR ATM,TSYS PRIME,Keys / Simulators

Requirements

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in ATM/POS Switches Environment.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in managing SME/SWE teams.
• Oracle, PostgreSQL database experience
• C/C++/JAVA/Go development experience
• Payment related cryptography and HSM maintenance configuration ( Thales/Eracom)
• Way4 architecture knowledge
• TSYS PRIME architecture knowledge
• Completed migration project to/from Way4/TSYS PRIME, development and design of the migration
• System Data integrity validation and fixing
• Qatar national or GCC switch experience Issuing Acquiring certification (is a Plus)
• Global Payment Schemes Issuing and Acquiring certification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
