We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Head of Financial Planning and Strategy to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of our company, ensuring sustainable growth, and maximizing our financial performance. This is a senior leadership position that requires a strategic mindset, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to drive financial initiatives that align with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to support the company growth and operational objectives.

Lead the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.

Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making by senior management.

Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment of financial goals with operational strategies.

Oversee the preparation of financial reports, presentations, and analysis for the executive team and board of directors.

Monitor financial performance, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions to achieve financial targets.

Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.

Manage and mentor the financial planning team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (CFA, CPA) is preferred.

Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and strategy.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting tools.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and standards.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
