Role is based from the Head office in Doha , you will be working with the owners operating a 5 Day working Week

Reporting directly to the Executive Director, you will take ownership of the Group's technology strategy, ensuring that IT becomes a true commercial enabler across every one of the business units.

You'll lead the modernization of infrastructure, strengthen cybersecurity, introduce AI-driven business solutions and oversee the implementation of innovative technologies that improve operational performance and decision-making.

Qualifications & Personal Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems ideally from a European or US university
Fluent English & Arabic
Minimum 5 years in a leadership position for a Major Technology Business
Strong knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure preferred)
Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
Strong networking and infrastructure knowledge
Experience with cybersecurity best practices
Familiarity with ERP implementation and administration
Strong communication skills - can relay the message in the right manner

Technology Skills

Excellent project management and communication skills.
Preferred Experience
Construction or engineering industry experience.
BIM and construction technology
AI implementation in enterprise environments.
ISO 27001 familiarity.
Microsoft Azure certifications
Cisco certifications
VMware or Hyper-V

Power BI
Microsoft Power Platform
SharePoint Online
Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Oracle Primavera P6, or similar
construction platforms
