Oversee the learning & development strategy and processes in AZF under the directions and supervision of the Chief HR Advisor................................................................................................................................................................

„X Develop and update the Learning & Development strategy including official trips, training plans and development schemes.
„X Ensure research is conducted to identify ،¥best practice،¦ learning and development initiatives to continuously review, analyze and update learning and development programs.
„X Review and upgrade the quality of training needs to produce training and development in a cost effective manner meeting and aligning the needs of the individual and the requirements of Aspire.
„X Oversee talent review process and identify developmental needs of employees.
„X Assist department heads to identify training needs for their areas in order to develop an annual training plan, which is consistent with senior management requirements and the department/Aspire strategies.
„X Identify and analyse current and future training needs through career development plans, training plans and performance management reports for all AZF employees.
„X Design training programmes and develop vest methodologies for training delivery and administer the implementation of these plans.
„X Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.
„X Develop testing and evaluation procedures.
„X Evaluate instructor performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement.
„X Support the succession and leadership management programmes in liaison with Head of National Development.
„X Oversee the competencies framework.
„X Select and administer a list of approved training vendors.
„X Support all departments on the required training programmes
„X Assume any other responsibilities as directed by the direct supervisor.
„X Provide guidance and direct input to the development plans and performance management of direct reports to meet the AZF objectives
