Our sights are set on a hands-on, full-stack marketingmaestro who can navigate both the B2B private school landscape andthe B2C realm. We don't want someone who will get lost inthree-month research projects and churn out lengthy plans thatgather digital dust. We need an intuitive marketer who formulatessharp hypotheses, tests them rapidly, learns from the outcomes, andscales their strategies. While you will own the entire gamut ofstrategic marketing, you'll have the freedom and resourcesto enlist agency support when execution demands it. What YouWill Be Doing • Crafting and executing thecompany's market positioning and go-to-market strategies• Defining the target market, value proposition, and coremarketing messages • Hands-on creation and refinement ofmarketing content, ensuring its resonance with our brand voice• Leading collaborations with external teams and agencies,ensuring your strategic vision is effectively executed •Managing, optimizing, and reporting on campaigns, ensuring theirsuccess by measuring against KPIs What You Won’t Be Doing• Running carbon copy campaigns that lacks innovation• Producing repetitive, boilerplate reports without freshinsights • Micromanaging junior team members withoutfocusing on the bigger strategic picture • Relying tooheavily on agencies without any personal involvement oroverburdening yourself without delegatinganything
