Job Description - Healthcare Assistant

Qualifications:
- Female
- At least High School Graduate
- Preferably at least one year of relevant work experience in the Philippines, but not required
- With a completed Caregiver Course and a valid NCII certificate for Caregiving

Salary & Benefits:
- Provided training: 8 hours/day, 6 days/week
- Work Schedule: 12 hours/day, 6 days/week
- Total Monthly Salary: QAR 2,800 - 3,100 (~PHP 45,000 - 50,000+) tax-free
- Provided food allowance of (~PHP 4,800)
- Free accommodation, transportation, and utility fees
- 21 days paid annual vacation leave per Qatar law
- Provided working permit/visa
- Free Airfare (mobilization/repatriation)
- 2-year contract, renewable
- No placement or processing fee

Employer Description
- A trusted home healthcare provider specialized in home care nursing services, particularly in maternity and newborn care
- Provides learning opportunities, structured care plans, and professional growth to employees with its patient-focused approach - workers will provide home-based patient care and will return to the company accommodation after the shift.
