Job Description - Helpers

Role Overview:

We are seeking Helpers to support technicians, fitters, riggers, and maintenance teams in Oil & Gas plant operations, material handling, housekeeping, and general site activities while ensuring safe and efficient work execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist technicians, fitters, riggers, and supervisors during maintenance activities

• Carry tools, materials, and equipment to work locations

• Support loading, unloading, shifting, and handling of materials

• Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness of plant work areas

• Follow all plant safety rules, permit requirements, and PPE procedures

• Report unsafe conditions or issues to supervisors immediately

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in Oil & Gas plants with at least 1 year in industrial site support work

• Physically fit and able to handle manual work in plant environments

• Familiar with basic tools, material handling, and housekeeping activities

• Good knowledge of site safety procedures and PPE requirements

• Ability to follow supervisor instructions and work in team environments

• Basic spoken and written English preferred
