Responsible for supervising, and motivating team members on a daily basis.
To act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.
SPECIFIC
Provide guidance and training on safety, equipment, and access techniques required for project deliverables. Updates and enforces rope access policies in collaboration with the Rope Access Senior Advisory Council Establish work plans for large and complex projects, forecast, and arrange staffing to meet the needs of the portfolio of projects, and work with subordinate staff to ensure the timely delivery and risk mitigation to projects. Responsible for developing and maintaining client relations, acting as a strategic partner with clients, and working cross functionally with other leaders to ensure client satisfaction. Identify needs for additional rope access hires, advertise and be involved in reviewing and interviewing rope access candidate qualifications. Maintain open lines of communication with coworkers, clients, and subcontractors
REQUIRED
High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED). Two (2) years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience in rope access
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER CHARACTERISTICS
Knowledge of appropriate steps to analytical problem solving. Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships. Ability to work in a team environment, remaining attentive to ideas, recognizing responsibilities, and actively participating with others to accomplish assignments and achieve desired goals.
