Department/ Facility: Sales and Marketing

Functional Area: Dermatology/ Skin Care/ Medical Device/ Sales

Industry Type: Medical/ Hospital/ Healthcare

Responsibilities:

> Recruit, interview and select Dermatology and Medical Equipment trained Professionals

> Handle performance reviews, personnel issues, discipline and termination in the department.

> Country Sales Managers shall make regular field visits: to develop and motivate Dermatology Skincare Professionals for attainment of sales objectives to assess and monitor field activity and work schedules; to monitor and manage field reporting, including sample reporting (when applicable).

> Communicate with Client & Dermatology Skincare Professionals on regular and timely basis.

> Assist with the planning and delivery of training and periodic sales meetings.

> Review and approve expense reports; monitor compliance with expense policies.

> Monitor compliance with Promotional Program, and proper use of Promotional Materials and Promotional Expense Budgets.

> Monitor time-keeping and attendance.

Requirements:

> Dermatology or skincare experience preferred.

>Results-focused, Proven track record of achieving sales targets or detailing.

> Keen analytical sense and ability to understand financial concepts.

> Excellent selling and presentation skills.

> Ability to self-manage and work autonomously.

> Strong organizational and strategic planning skills.

> Strong scientific technical/clinical aptitude and background.

> Develop and build long-term business relationships with healthcare providers.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification: Associated Degrees

Job Period: Full Time

Language: Well spoken in English and Arabic.
