Key ResponsibilitiesKitchen Positions (Sous Chef, CDP, DCDP, Commis I/II/III)

  Prepare and cook authentic Italian cuisine according to company recipes and quality standards.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure food preparation, presentation, and portion control meet restaurant standards.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety in accordance with HACCP standards.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor food quality, stock levels, and kitchen inventory.

  
  


• 
  

  Assist in menu preparation and daily kitchen operations.

  
  


• 
  

  Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely service.

  
  

Waitress

• 
  

  Welcome guests and provide professional customer service.

  
  


• 
  

  Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

  
  


• 
  

  Serve food and beverages while maintaining high service standards.

  
  


• 
  

  Handle guest inquiries and resolve customer concerns professionally.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and ensure an excellent guest experience.

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Diploma / Certificate in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related field is preferred.

  
  

Experience

• 
  

  Experience in the Hospitality Industry is mandatory.

  
  


•
