Hourly Paid Customer Sales & Service Advisor – Qatar

We are looking for a customer-focused and sales-driven individual to join our Customer Sales & Service team in Qatar.

In this role, you will provide excellent customer service, conduct Teaching Centre consultations, support customer registrations, and contribute towards sales, conversion, retention, and revenue targets. You will engage with customers across multiple channels, recommend suitable learning pathways, and promote British Council products and services.

Requirements:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience in sales and/or customer-facing roles
• English and Arabic speaking skills (preferrable)
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
