House Manager We are seeking a reliable and organized House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a prestigious home in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As the House Manager, you will be responsible for managing household staff, coordinating schedules and events, and ensuring the overall maintenance and upkeep of the property. Responsibilities:
- Manage household staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Coordinate events and social functions held at the residence
- Oversee daily operations of the household, including cleaning and maintenance schedules
- Maintain inventory of household supplies and groceries
- Handle all financial matters related to household expenses
- Ensure security measures are in place for the residence at all times
- Communicate regularly with homeowners to address any concerns or requests
- Research and hire contractors for any necessary repairs or renovations
- Plan and manage travel arrangements for homeowners Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Must have own visa to work in Qatar
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
