Job summary:
Manage housekeeping activities at the famous Qatar resorts. Promote a high level of hospitality service and customer satisfaction. Take care of the guest rooms, corridors and other areas. Work together with front office and order takers for the due guest's service. Manage housekeeping materials stock. Ensure the rooms to be duly supplied and due cleaning service organized.
Salary information:
â Basic Net Salary: 450 US$
â Shared service charge and management discretionary bonus
â Accomodation and transportation: 200 US$ (provided by employer)
â Duty meals: 100 US$ (provided by employer)
â Visa / Work Permit: provided by employer 65 US$
â Air ticket: provided annually by employer
â Vacation: 30 calendar days paid leave
â Medical insurance provided by employer

The main goal is to create a clean and orderly environment for guests that will become a critical factor in maintaining and strengthening Customer's reputation. Housekeepers are responsible for making sure all assigned areas of the placement are clean, neat, and tidy. This includes any indoor cleaning and organizing tasks assigned by the employer and may regularly include cleaning "projects". Typical responsibilities include vacuuming, dusting, laundry, mopping and waxing floors and changing and laundering linen.
Duties:
⢠To inspect all occupied and non-occupied guest rooms, corridors and service areas for cleanliness and damage in his/her assigned work section
⢠To keep records of status of rooms and housekeeping activities on a daily basis
⢠To ensure to exercise proper discipline and courtesy in attending to the guest needs and requests
⢠To send all lost and found items to the Housekeeping department immediately
⢠To prepare damage reports
⢠To be aware of the hotel's fire and safety precautions and to be aware of hotel policy and emergency procedure in working area
⢠To maintain a professional appearance by wearing a clean and pressed uniform and the nametag in designated location.
Skills and experience:
⢠Female with minimum 2 years of related Housekeeping experience
⢠Problem solving and decision making
⢠Concern for quality, initiative, eye for detail, teamwork
⢠Customer service orientation
⢠Oral and listening skills, basic writing skills
⢠Ability to use housekeeping equipment and machines
⢠Physical ability to walk around all day
